Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and bdzl ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the bdzl website at bdzl.ws, including all services, games, promotions, and features made available through the Platform. By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on bdzl, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of bdzl regardless of their location, device type, or method of access. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of bdzl after any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

Who May Use bdzl

Access to and use of the bdzl Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. bdzl reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these requirements.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the Platform.
• You must be registering as an individual person in your own name and on your own behalf. Registrations on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and keep this information current at all times.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or agent of bdzl, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair bdzl's systems or servers.

Account

Account Registration and Security

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on bdzl at any given time. Operating more than one account — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, or winnings held within them.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdzl username and password. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was carried out with your knowledge or consent. You must notify bdzl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

• Do not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• If you use a shared device, always log out of your bdzl account at the end of each session and do not save your password in a shared browser.
• bdzl will never ask for your password via email, phone, or messaging app. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your bdzl account and update it promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

bdzl is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its KYC obligations. You may be asked to provide government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. bdzl reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and approved. KYC verification is a standard industry requirement and is conducted solely to protect the security and integrity of your account.

Payments

Deposits and Withdrawals

bdzl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the authorised payment channels listed on the Platform. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Depositing or withdrawing using a payment method not registered to your own account is strictly prohibited and may result in funds being held pending investigation.

Deposit Rules

The following rules apply to all deposits made to your bdzl account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit unless one has been set by the player as a responsible gaming measure.
• Deposits must be made using your own registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Deposited funds are available for gameplay immediately upon confirmed receipt. bdzl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Chargebacks, reversals, or disputed transactions initiated by a player without first contacting bdzl support will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests submitted through your bdzl account:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile wallet account used for the corresponding deposit. bdzl does not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties.
• bdzl reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed where verification is pending or where unusual account activity has been flagged.
• Funds originating from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms.

Promotions

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

From time to time bdzl offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player per promotion period unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using multiple accounts is fraud and will result in account closure.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• bdzl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account and actively in use will be honoured under the terms at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses may only be used for gameplay on the bdzl Platform. They may not be exchanged for cash directly without first satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.

Gameplay

Rules of Play

All games offered on bdzl are governed by their individual game rules, which are available within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail. The following general rules apply to all gameplay on the Platform:

• Bets once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player. bdzl may void a bet in exceptional circumstances including technical errors, manifest errors in odds or payouts, or where fraud is suspected.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, bdzl will use server-side game logs to determine the outcome. If the outcome cannot be determined, the wager will be refunded to the player's account.
• Any attempt to use software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game on the Platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• RNG-based games use certified random number generation technology. Live dealer games are streamed from professional studio environments. bdzl does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Cricket betting markets are subject to the rules of the relevant sporting body. Results will be settled in accordance with official match results as declared by the governing body of the competition.

Responsible Gaming

Our Commitment to Player Welfare

bdzl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that enable players to manage their activity on the Platform. The following tools are available to all registered players free of charge through their account settings:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: players may configure alerts to notify them of the time elapsed during an active gaming session.
• Cooling-off period: players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing, during which login access will be disabled.
• Self-exclusion: players who wish to permanently close their account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion is irreversible and the account cannot be reopened once this request has been processed.

Enforcement

Account Suspension and Termination

bdzl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to multi-accounting, bonus abuse, fraud, or providing false registration information.
• Reasonable suspicion that an account is being used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Use of software or tools designed to gain an unfair advantage or to interfere with the normal operation of the Platform.
• Failure to comply with KYC or age verification requirements within the timeframe specified by bdzl.

Upon permanent account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. bdzl will not be liable for any losses arising from an account suspension or closure carried out in accordance with these Terms.

Liability

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdzl, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to internet connectivity failures; losses arising from a player's decision to place a wager; technical interruptions to gameplay; or losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.

bdzl makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bdzl will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances outside bdzl's reasonable control including force majeure events.

Updates

Changes to These Terms

bdzl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bdzl will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where practical, bdzl will also provide notice of significant changes via the Platform's notification system or by email to the address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the bdzl Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

Jurisdiction

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of bdzl that cannot be resolved informally through our support team should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. bdzl will endeavour to resolve all disputes in a fair and timely manner. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
